Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 29, 2026

TNTCalc (“we,” “us,” or “the App”) is a personal / portfolio trampoline and tumbling difficulty calculator provided at tntcalc.com and through the TNTCalc iOS app (a WKWebView shell that loads the same website). This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

  • Account email and credentials. If you create an account, we collect the email address and password you provide. Authentication is handled by Amazon Cognito (user pool tntcalc-users). We do not store your password in plain text; Cognito manages credential storage and verification.
  • Saved pass data. When you save a pass while signed in, we store pass details you enter (discipline, skills, difficulty values, labels you choose, and related calculator data) in Amazon DynamoDB (tntcalc-passes), associated with your account.
  • Optional share links. If you choose to share a saved pass, we generate a share identifier so others can open a read-only link (for example ?share= on tntcalc.com). Anyone with that link can view the shared pass content.
  • Session and device storage. The website and iOS app use normal web storage (such as cookies and/or localStorage) to keep you signed in and to remember session state. The iOS app uses the system WebKit data store for the same purpose.
  • Technical / usage data. Hosting and delivery on AWS (including Amazon S3 and CloudFront) and Cognito / API Gateway may process standard technical data such as IP address, user agent, request timestamps, and similar logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

  • Provide the calculator and website / app experience.
  • Authenticate your account and keep you signed in.
  • Save, load, delete, and optionally share your passes.
  • Operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service (including AWS infrastructure).
  • Respond to support requests you send us.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your account or pass data for third-party advertising.

Third-party services

TNTCalc runs on Amazon Web Services. Depending on how you use the App, processing may involve:

  • Amazon Cognito — account signup, sign-in, and session tokens.
  • Amazon DynamoDB — stored pass records.
  • Amazon S3 & CloudFront — hosting and delivering the website and static assets.
  • Amazon API Gateway / related AWS APIs — authenticated requests for saved and shared passes.

Those providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy practices. We do not intentionally send your data to analytics or advertising networks beyond what AWS provides for hosting and auth.

Data retention

Account and saved-pass data are retained while your account remains active and the service is offered. Shared-pass links remain available until you unshare or delete the pass, or until the data is otherwise removed. Infrastructure logs may be retained for a limited period for security and operations. If you ask us to delete your account or passes, we will remove associated account and pass records from our systems within a reasonable time, subject to any legal or security retention needs.

Your rights and choices

  • You can sign out at any time from the App.
  • You can delete individual saved passes from “My passes” when signed in.
  • You can unshare a pass to disable its share link.
  • You can delete your entire account and associated saved-pass data yourself: sign in, open Profile, choose delete account, and type DELETE to confirm. That removes your Cognito user and DynamoDB passes. You can also email ramybassem@gmail.com from the email on your account to request deletion as a backup; we will confirm when completed.

Children’s privacy

TNTCalc is intended for gymnastics coaches, athletes, and families involved in trampoline and tumbling. It is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account or provided personal information, contact us at ramybassem@gmail.com and we will delete the information promptly. Parents or guardians who manage an account for a minor athlete should use their own contact email and supervise use of the App.

iOS app

The TNTCalc iOS app displays the same website inside a WKWebView. It does not collect additional personal information beyond what the website and AWS services already process for auth, saved passes, and normal web/session storage.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of TNTCalc after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
