Frequently asked questions
How do I sign in or create an account?
On tntcalc.com, tap Signup or Sign in. Accounts use email and password through Amazon Cognito. After signup you may need to confirm your email with a verification code before signing in.
Where are my saved passes?
After you sign in, use My passes to view, load, delete, or share passes you saved. Saved passes are stored in the cloud for your account so you can open them again later on the same site or in the iOS app.
How do share links work?
From My passes, choose Share on a pass to create a link (for example https://tntcalc.com/?share=…).
Anyone with the link can open that pass. Use Unshare to turn the link off, or delete the pass to remove it.
What does the iOS app do?
The TNTCalc iOS app is a lightweight shell that loads the live website at https://tntcalc.com/ in a full-screen WebView. Sign-in, calculator features, and saved passes work the same as in a mobile browser.
I want my account or data deleted
You can delete individual saved passes in My passes. To delete your entire account and associated data, sign in, open Profile, choose delete account, and type DELETE to confirm. That removes your Cognito user and saved passes. You can also email ramybassem@gmail.com from your account email as a backup. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Something looks broken
Try a refresh (pull to refresh in the iOS app, or reload in the browser). If the problem continues, email us with screenshots if possible and note whether you were signed in.
